How Much to Use:

2 Tbsp seasoning per 1 lb ground meat

1 Tbsp seasoning per 1 lb whole protein (fish, chicken, steak, etc.)
Adjust to taste for your perfect level of spice!
Ingredients: Paprika, black pepper, garlic, salt, sea salt, dill, brown mustard, coriander, green and red bell peppers, onion, celery, allspice, clove, yellow mustard, thyme, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flake, fennel, oregano, bay leaf.
